It's my pleasure~~~adam. 上火 is not only because of the bad weather. a feeling of upset can also lead to it. sometimes i get canker in the mouth and a dry nose. that's a kind of 上火 as well. in this case can i express it by " i feel a tad bit under my pressure of work recently" ?

ha~~~i got it! we often express something like that in chinese" 进退两难" OR "左右为难"
